This page sets out all the official terms and conditions you must follow when using the yomammk platform. By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

01General Provisions

yomammk (referred to here as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform providing online gaming services to players in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the website at https://yomammk.vip and all associated services.

By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform.

1.1 Purpose of Service

02Account Registration Requirements

To use the yomammk platform, players must meet the following requirements—

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (21+). Underage access is not permitted.
  • Must register with genuine personal information completed by the player themselves.
  • Each person may open one account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed.
  • If personal information is found to be incomplete or inaccurate, the account may be closed immediately.
  • Players from regions where gambling is prohibited are not permitted access.

2.1 Registration Declaration

By registering, the player confirms that the information provided is accurate, that they intend to play for themselves, and that they will not use another person's funds or payment methods without authorization.

03Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Players must keep their account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing a third party to play using your account is considered a breach and may result in account closure.

3.2 Account Verification

We may request proof of identity at any time to verify a player's personal information. When requested, the player must provide copies of the relevant documents. Failure to do so may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds in the account are for use on the platform only. Direct cash transfers and transferring an account balance to a third party are not permitted.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The platform accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. When making a deposit, players must confirm that the funds are correct and belong to themselves.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes of the request. A withdrawal request may be held until the player's verification is complete.

4.3 Fund Accuracy

If the amount deposited exceeds the specified limit and a bonus causes a mismatch in the total, we reserve the right to adjust the difference. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn immediately — they are available for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement has been met.

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The yomammk welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example—

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering 24,000 × 20 = 480,000 Ks
  • Deposit 840,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,340,000 Ks → Wagering 500,000 × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

The bonus is available once per account only. If players sharing the same identity, IP address, or device are found to be claiming the bonus multiple times, we may remove the bonus and any related funds and may also close the account.

5.4 Promotions

We may run promotions from time to time, and each promotion may have its own specific terms. Once a promotion has been entered, the platform's decision is final.

06Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games at yomammk use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. No one — neither players nor platform staff — can predict or control game results in advance.

6.2 Decision Confirmation

Once a game round is complete, the result is considered accepted by the player. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, we will review and settle that round at a later time.

6.3 Betting Limits

The platform may set a maximum bet amount per game round, and players must follow those limits. Limits may vary depending on the player's VIP level.

07Prohibited Actions

Players must not do any of the following—

  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
  • Using software, bots, or technical tools to manipulate game results
  • Exploiting the platform's bonus system for illegitimate gain (Bonus Abuse)
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing the platform's software or data without permission
  • Threatening, insulting, or harassing other players or staff
  • Opening more than one account or obtaining duplicate funds
  • Using another person's personal information without their consent

If any of the above violations are found, we reserve the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining balance without prior notice.

08Security and Personal Information

8.1 Data Protection

8.2 Financial Transaction Monitoring

The platform may review players' financial transactions in line with anti-money laundering policies. Suspicious transactions may be put on hold pending review, and players will need to coordinate with the relevant department.

09Liability Limitations

9.1 Service Interruption

yomammk may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, players' funds remain safe and services will be restored.

9.2 Liability for Losses

9.3 Third-Party Services

The platform uses payment providers, game providers, and other third-party services. yomammk's liability for the actions of those services is limited, and players should also review the individual terms of each platform.

10Account Closure

10.1 Closure Due to Player Actions

yomammk may close a player's account without prior notice for the following reasons—

  • If there is verified evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions
  • If there is suspicion of Bonus Abuse or money laundering
  • If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found
  • If the player's ID card data is found to be incorrect

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

11Changes to Terms and Conditions

yomammk may amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and will take effect immediately from the date of announcement.
